CINCINNATI (AP) - A Kentucky sky diver has plunged to his death in a residential Cincinnati neighborhood after his parachute failed to open. Union Township Police say 21-year-old Thomas Bartlett, of Owensboro, Ky., jumped out of a helicopter at around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
